Stephen W. Durgin, President/Partner
Steve is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial, business development, administrative, marketing and operational matters. Throughout his career, Steve has gained extensive experience working in both the residential and commercial sectors of the business. Steve holds a Master Electrician license in the state of Colorado, as well as Rhode Island, and has over 27+ years experience in residential and commercial design and installation.
Todd Hibbard, President/Partner
With over 11 years of electrical experience and 9+ years with Durgin Electric, Todd oversees the estimating and project management for the entire company, while assisting in business development and financial decisions. Todd’s electrical industry experience has helped the business to grow significantly and has led Durgin Electric, LLC to a new generation of complex projects and unique clients. Todd holds a Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Colorado.
Ariane Gaudet, Office Manager
Being originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Ariane has been in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2001. She has worked extensively throughout the valley in the capacity of office manager, bookkeeper and controller and enjoys interacting with her co-workers, vendors and clients. Ariane joined the Durgin team in December of 2011 and she looks forward to meeting your electrical needs on a daily basis and providing the ultimate customer service. In her off-time, Ariane enjoys fishing at Blue Mesa Reservoir and also enjoys taking trips to northern Minnesota with her better half to fish the 10,000 lakes.
Stanley Phillips, Estimator
Stan brings a vast portfolio of diverse experience and knowledge to the Durgin Electric team. Stan is a professional estimator by trade, having worked on such projects as the Belagio Hotel in Las Vegas, and holds a Master Electrician license for the State of Colorado. His number one job at Durgin Electric is creating project estimates. Every bid is broken down to the most minute detail to insure accuracy in every quotation that leaves our office …or it doesn’t leave our office.
Wade Droegemeier, Service Foreman
Wade holds a Master Electrician License in the state of Colorado and had worked for 18 years in the Vail Valley before joining Durgin Electric in 2009. His experience includes: Electrical Inspector for the town of Gypsum, completion of Level 1 Thermography/Non-Destructive Testing, the Fire Marshall responsible for inspection and testing of fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems for the Gypsum Fire Protection District, and an accredited adjunct instructor for the Colorado Mountain College Fire Science Program. Wade has been with Durgin Electric for only two years, but has quickly become a key member of our team.
